Anwar House of Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic serving families in Dearborn and Ann Arbor, Michigan. THE ROLE

This is an evaluations-only position. You'll conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in person and via teletherapy, with no ongoing treatment caseload. If diagnostics is the part of the job you love most, this role lets you do it full time. You'll join with a full waitlist of families ready to be scheduled from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations (pediatric focus, in person and virtual)

• Administer, score, and interpret standardized and dynamic assessments

• Write clear, insurance-ready evaluation reports and recommendations

• Communicate findings to families with warmth and clarity

• Collaborate with treating clinicians on transition to therapy

• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR (SimplePractice)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• ASHA CCC-SLP (or CF candidates with strong assessment interest, supervision provided)

• Active Michigan SLP license

Preferred:

• Experience with pediatric assessment across a range of areas (speech sound disorders, language, fluency, AAC, autism)

• Bilingual. Arabic, Spanish, Punjabi, or Albanian especially valued

• Teletherapy evaluation experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $65,000 to $90,000 base salary depending on experience and specialization
• $4,000/year bilingual differential when you serve families in Arabic, Spanish, Punjabi, or Albanian
• Protected, paid time for report writing, built into your schedule
• 22 days PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match after year one
• $500/year CEU stipend plus licensure reimbursement
