ABOUT ANWAR HOUSE OF THERAPY

Anwar House of Therapy is a bilingual, multidisciplinary clinic providing speech therapy, occupational therapy, and (soon) mental health services. Along with our Ann Arbor and Dearborn clinics, we partner with schools across Southeast Michigan to support students' communication and learning needs. We were built by a clinician, for clinicians. Protected time and honest pay are the center of how we work, not slogans.

THE ROLE

You'll join our school-based team, working directly in schools on a consistent school-year calendar with summers off, or summer clinic options if you want them. This is a great fit for SLPs who like collaborating with educators and helping students succeed in the classroom, without the IEP overload and isolation that burn school SLPs out. You'll have a real team behind you, not a staffing agency that disappears after placement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility for services

• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff

• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings

• Communicate regularly with teachers and families to support carryover

• Complete documentation during paid, protected time, not on your evenings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Michigan SLP license or eligibility

• CF candidates welcome, supervision provided

Preferred:

• Pediatric or school experience
