Anwar House of Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric and adult therapy clinic serving families in Dearborn and Ann Arbor, Michigan. THE ROLE

You'll provide occupational therapy across our two clinics, working alongside a multidisciplinary team. Sensory gyms, collaborative treatment planning, and a caseload with a stated cap. Schedules are built around you, full-time or part-time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide pediatric OT for fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, feeding, and daily living skills

  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans with measurable goals

  • Coach caregivers on home strategies and carryover

  • Collaborate with SLPs and the wider team on whole-child care

  • Complete documentation during paid, protected time built into your schedule

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active Michigan OT license

  • NBCOT certification

Preferred:

  • Pediatric experience, especially sensory integration and feeding

  • Bilingual. Arabic, Spanish, Punjabi, or Albanian especially valued

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • $68,000 to $95,000 base salary depending on experience and specialization

  • $4,000/year bilingual differential when you treat families in Arabic, Spanish, Punjabi, or Albanian

  • 4-day work week with a caseload cap of 14 sessions a day and paid documentation time every shift

  • 22 days PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match after year one

  • $500/year CEU stipend plus licensure reimbursement
