Anwar House of Therapy is a thriving speech therapy clinic offering speech and occupational therapy services to children and adults. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment our clients make an inquiry to their ongoing sessions with our dedicated therapists. We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain smooth transitions between clients and therapists.

Position Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage client scheduling, intake, and billing processes using an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and timely billing and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client scheduling for therapy sessions using an EMR system

  • Coordinate client intakes, ensuring all necessary forms and documentation are completed

  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding appointment reminders, rescheduling, and intake requirements

  • Handle all billing processes, including verifying insurance information, and processing payments

  • Collaborate with therapists to ensure smooth transitions from intake to ongoing therapy sessions

  • Address client inquiries related to billing and scheduling in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients regarding payments

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, medical billing, or a related field (preferred)

  • Certification in Medical Billing & Coding (a plus)

  • Familiarity with EMR systems or similar practice management software (required)

  • HIPAA compliance knowledge or certification (recommended)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with insurance billing and claims processing (preferred)

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Schedule:This is a part-time position, requiring the individual to work in-person 4-5 days a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
