ABOUT ANWAR HOUSE OF THERAPY

Anwar House of Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric and adult therapy clinic serving families in Dearborn and Ann Arbor, Michigan. THE ROLE

You'll carry a pediatric caseload at our Dearborn clinic on a 4-day work week: longer days, a real three-day weekend, every week. Your caseload is capped at 14 thirty-minute sessions a day, stated out loud, with paid prep and documentation time built into every shift. New grads and CF candidates are welcome. Structured supervision and mentorship are already in place, and you'll ramp into your caseload over your first weeks, not get thrown in on day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide individual speech-language therapy for pediatric and adult clients

  • Treat across areas including speech sound disorders, language, fluency, AAC, voice, and feeding

  • Partner with families through coaching and home carryover strategies

  • Complete documentation during paid, protected time built into your schedule

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • ASHA CCC-SLP or CF candidacy (supervision provided)

  • Active Michigan SLP license

Preferred:

  • Bilingual. Arabic, Spanish, Punjabi, or Albanian especially valued

  • Pediatric experience in clinic or school settings

  • AAC or feeding experience a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • $65,000 to $90,000 base salary depending on experience and specialization

  • $4,000/year bilingual differential when you treat families in Arabic, Spanish, Punjabi, or Albanian

  • 4-day work week with a caseload cap of 14 sessions a day and paid documentation time every shift

  • 22 days PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match after year one

  • $500/year CEU stipend plus licensure reimbursement

  • Quarterly productivity bonus once you're past your ramp period

  • Flex time with hour banking, so appointments don't burn your PTO

  • Structured CF supervision and ongoing mentorship
